The Kingdom Perspective: Self-Governing

How does the Government of Heaven, the Government of our God operate properly in the earth? How do we bring the Government of Heaven to the earth? 

We begin by realizing that we and our system are designed so that we self-govern. 

I fully believe that the ten commandments and all of the thousands of statutes and precepts only exist because of humanity’s rejection of the plan that was provided to us by our Creator and our God from the very beginning as part of His design for the successful living of our lives. What does our Designer want from us?

"No, O people, the Lord has told you what is good, and this is what he requires of you: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God." - Micah 6:8 New Living Translation (NLT)

Humanity has managed to muddle up something that is in fact very simple. Our Creator does not want to burden us with laws, rules, and regulation and compliance. He just wants us to do what is right. He wants us to be merciful. He wants us to walk humbly with Him. Jesus reiterated these same simple ideas about life when He said things like, "Seek first the Kingdom of God and His way of doing and being right;" "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength;" and "Love your neighbor as yourself." 

When we understand that our world is governed by Dynamics -- an interactive system of competing and conflicting forces -- and that the choices we make lead to corresponding, predetermined outcomes, then it becomes easy to see through all of the extraneous requirements humanity heap on themselves. If we walk with God, if we seek to understand His way of doing and being right and act accordingly, then all that is required is for us to govern ourselves within the Kingdom System.
