The Kingdom Paradigm of Giving, Part Five

In last week's blog, we ended with Jesus's command to give, and this week we will pick back up at the same place:
"Give generously and generous gifts will be given back to you, shaken down to make room for more. Abundant gifts will pour out upon you with such an overflowing measure that it will run over the top! The measurement of your generosity becomes the measurement of your return.” - Luke 6:38 TPT
My family and I are witnesses and proof of this dynamic’s reality, and our life experiences provide validity and accuracy of the principle.
Our family has a lot of things. We are blessed and thankful. As the Patriarch, I have guided most of the acquisitions of these things. But securing satisfaction or personal gratification and personal reward has never figured into the acquisition of these things.
I/we have always been guided by the desire to bless others, usually beginning with my wife, my sons, their wives, their children (my grandkids). Often and regularly the Holy Spirit God will stir the unction/desire in my spirit to bless others, often randomly. I always try to be obedient and respond positively and quickly.
The more we have managed our earning based on our giving purposes, the greater our assets have become. I was not familiar with this scriptural directive and agreement when the Holy Spirit God began directing me to change my perspective on how and when to give, but I was super excited when discovering this validation in our Constitution.
Test it out and see. When you focus on blessing others; when you give generously, joyfully, and purposefully; and -- above all -- when you seek first the Kingdom of God and his way of doing and being right, you will experience abundance in your life like never before.
