Integrating the System, Part 5
Our greatest challenge can be unlearning what we have been taught by religion and by the constant bombardment of lies and the deceits that we receive from the kingdom of darkness.
Our established perceptions and understandings can be deeply engrained in our minds and our hearts. Often our freedom requires concentrated effort to break through existing patterns of thought. Sometimes actual deliverance from the tyranny and oppression of the kingdom of darkness is necessary.
The passion of the Holy Spirit God will make it enjoyable and exciting for us. As our spirit becomes alive to the Spirit of the living God, we will develop an unquenchable thirst for the miraculous relationship that comes through fellowship and through time spent together with our Creator and Designer.
Man is made for the Kingdom realm and the Kingdom System of our God, and the Kingdom realm and the Kingdom System of our God are made for man. Nothing else will fit.
Are we trying to put a round peg in a square hole? Do we understand our triune makeup and the three components of eternity and our eternalness? This programming is required. We must internalize the words of our God and our Father, our Friend, and our Lord.
This does not just happen. Let’s see what the Holy Spirit God said through Paul’s writings to the Romans about this process:
"Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you]." Romans 12:2 AMPC
This is how we unlearn the incorrect patterns, messages, and beliefs that hold us back. We are transformed by the renewing of our minds when we meditate upon, memorize, and truly internalize the words of our God. We must establish a relationship with our God through His Word. Then, we will know “what is the good, the acceptable and the perfect will of our God. What is good in His sight for us.” We do not have to guess.
