He Is Risen: Living in the Power of the Resurrection

The resurrection of Jesus is not just an event we commemorate—it is the defining reality for every Kingdom citizen. It is the moment that altered the course of history and eternity. When Jesus rose from the grave, He didn’t simply defeat death; He ushered in a new way of living for those who believe. The resurrection ensured our access to the Kingdom of God and reestablished our original design—to live in relationship with our Creator and Designer, full of purpose, power, and peace.

As Kingdom citizens, we must understand that Jesus’s resurrection is not merely theological—it is transformational. This was not a symbolic victory; it was a literal, physical demonstration of God’s power and authority over every enemy, including sin and death, and of course the defeated Satan. In rising, Christ transferred that same resurrection power to us, enabling us to live above the systems of this world and operate from the Kingdom System—the government of heaven.

We are no longer bound by the limitations of the natural realm. The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead now dwells in us. That means we carry resurrection power in our thoughts, our words, our actions, and our relationships. It changes how we conduct ourselves, how we make decisions, and how we navigate life’s challenges. We live by a different paradigm and a different set of values. We seek first the Kingdom and His righteousness, knowing that all things are added to us as we align with His Kingdom dynamics.

Jesus's resurrection affirms our identity—not as victims of a broken world, but as victorious heirs in an eternal Kingdom. We are sons and daughters of the King, seated with Christ in heavenly places, called to bring heaven’s realities to earth. That is the life we were designed to live.

So this Easter, let us do more than celebrate an empty tomb. Let us celebrate the full life that flows from it. Let us rise with Him in our thinking, in our believing, and in our living. May we walk in resurrection power daily, representing the Kingdom of God with clarity, boldness, and love.

He lives—so we live. He reigns—so we reign.
