Integrating the System, Part 6
The new birth is the beginning and the entry into the Kingdom realm. We must establish a relationship with our God through His Word. Then, we will know “what is the good, the acceptable and the perfect will of our God. What is good in His sight for us.” We do not have to guess.
In our last blog, we meditated on Romans 12:2. I want to examine it again this week, but in two different translations:
Romans 12:2, New Living Translation
"Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect."
Romans 12:2, TPT
"Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in his eyes."
Our minds are the battlegrounds where the kingdom of darkness and the Kingdom of Light go to do battle. We are called to transformation through the reformation of our mind – our thoughts, our feelings, our emotions, our will, our imaginations, and our understanding of His Kingdom Realm.
Faith comes from our hearing God’s Word. Whether it is written or delivered through humanity in a sermon or a prophetic message that you hear, it is our God’s Word. Our faith is built by our hearing the Word of our God and by our engaging in prayer when we use our Kingdom language. The written Word is the logos knowledge from God that was recorded by the unction of the Holy Spirit God and recorded for humanity forever. When it becomes personal and real to you, alive in your spirit, you are receiving enlightenment, or an active rhema word from the Spirit of God. Logos is knowledge revealed. In Proverbs we are told that knowledge without the wisdom (rhema) to know how to apply, to engage, and to make the knowledge personal and to become your personal experience, we profit very little.
